Visitor Center Chengdu
VOLVO Visitor Center, Chengdu is the most prominent brand space of the car manufacturer in China. With more than 20 interactive, responsive and immersive installations, the VOLVO Visitor Centre will be a brand experience centre dedicated to the history and the future vision of VOLVO in the connected world.
Dimitar’s responsibilities include:
- Visioning the VOLVO VCC guest experience.
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team to develop over 20 immersive, interactive and responsive installations.
- Work on the strategic XP masterplan according to the brand key messages and holistic guest journey to ascertain how to curate the desired guest experience.
- Stitching together the various aspects of “experience” to form a coherent and memorable guest experience.
- Apply digitally-enabled solutions to make the guest experience seamless, exciting and unique.
- Develop the ideal app portfolio/mix to deliver the desired guest experience.
- Graphics, user flow, app wireframes, interaction design and 3D visuals.

The creative challenge was to deliver the Scandinavian luxury perception to the Chinese market.

















Guests could take a moment to discover and learn what differentiates VOLVO from the other automotive brands. Twenty-nine interactive installations are dedicated to the history of the car brand, the process of manufacture, design solutions, technologies and vision for the future.
